Refund Policy
All class tuitions are non-refundable and any unused portions may not be rolled over to future sessions. Refund policies for workshop and retreat deposits and fees will be provided on the workshop and retreat literature. However, as a general rule, deposits made for retreats are non-refundable 90 days prior to the retreat, and balances are non-refundable 30 days prior. As a general rule, deposits made for workshops and studio events are non-refundable and there are no refunds 7 days prior to the workshop/event.
Studio Reminders

•Please arrive to class on time. If you arrive late, please enter quietly, have a seat and wait to take your place and unroll your mat until we begin warming up.

•Please come to class clean and odor neutral (no heavy scents, perfumes or otherwise).

•Come to class with an empty belly. Remember snacks at least 1 hour prior to class and big meals at least 2 hours before class.

•Bring a sticky mat (yoga mat). Towel or washcloth – optional

•Wear clothing that allows for freedom of movement and that will not come over your head or be too revealing when bending over.

•Please leave your shoes and personal belongings outside the studio in the spaces provided.

•Please silence cell phones and pagers.

•When entering the studio space, please unroll your mat gently. This is your personal space; treat it kindly. Please honor other students’ mats by not walking on them

•Drink plenty of water BEFORE and AFTER class.

•Please share any injuries or special health conditions with your instructor so that he/she can best assist you in your practice.

•In class, this is time for you, feel free to ask questions and always let us know if you are experiencing any pain or discomfort in your practice.

•Stay until the end, the final pose is one of the most beneficial poses for your central nervous system and your overall relaxation.
