Anthea began practicing yoga in 2001.  Her intention at that time was to strengthen her body.  It wasn’t long before she realized that it was so much more than the poses.  The mind, body, and spirit all intertwine together; enriching, growing and expanding us on our yoga mat and in every aspect of our lifes.  Yoga helps balance the stresses and challenges that we face on a daily basis and Anthea’s intention is to share that balance with her students.
