George Sroka - CYT, RYT-200
George began his love affair with yoga in 2001 … and the relationship has grown stronger and deeper since then. He started his practice at The Yoga Institute in Houston, discovering for the first time the connections between body, mind and spirit. That discovery began what he hopes will be a lifelong journey.
His interest in yoga – and the great teachers he’s been blessed to have -- inspired him to become a yoga teacher himself. He completed his RYT-200 training in 2008 with Sacred Art Yoga. He feels honored to be able to share his passion for yoga through teaching.
