Ten years ago, I began my study of yoga in San Francisco, CA.  I spent my early practice experimenting with different yoga styles. I always felt that yoga was an essential part of a balanced life. During my pregnancy though I realized how integral yoga was to creating a strong, relaxed and balanced body, heart and mind, which was necessary for that journey. It inspired me to dedicate myself to the practice and help others find strength and harmony inside themselves.
