In this Special 6 Week Course you will learn:
- Basic yogic breathing and Pranayama practices
- How to sit and stand with alignment to create better posture, greater stability
and ease of movement - Basic Standing Poses
- Basic Seated Forward Bends, Hip Openers and Twists
- How to use props to create greater stability and openness
- Learn step-by-step, the 12 basic poses of Surya Namaskar
(The Sun Salutation) along with simple ways to transition from pose to pose
– (this series is sure to wake you up in the morning and/or relieve stress and tension) - Relaxation techniques to quiet your mind and soothe your nervous system
